Dr. Chadwick Branch was born and raised in Comanche, Oklahoma. After graduating Comanche High School, he attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. At OSU, Dr. Branch was the Student Council Vice-President for College of HES, President of the Pre-Optometry student association and active member of Alpha Epsilon Delta pre-health honor society. Dr. Branch graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences in 2010.

Dr. Branch attended Northeastern State University College of Optometry, receiving his Doctorate of Optometry in 2014. While at NSU, Dr. Branch was a member of the Practice Management Club and Beta sigma Kappa honors society, and received the 4th year Award for Clinical Excellence. Dr. Branch has been an active member of Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians and American Optometric Association.

Dr. Branch has practiced in the Oklahoma City metro since 2014 and opened Total Optical in 2020, where he now practices full time. 

Dr. Branch married his wife Rachel in October of 2015. Together they have 2 boys, Carter and Bennett, and a sweet 12 year old pup named Jake. They enjoy traveling to both the mountains and beach, spending time with family and friends, and going to Oklahoma State football games. Dr. Branch is a big Thunder and Texas Rangers fan and loves to golf any free chance he gets.

Dr. Branch is happy to be apart of Total Healthcare Partners (THP) in Yukon, OK, and has enjoyed taking care of the eye care needs of the people of Yukon, Bethany, Piedmont and surrounding areas.
